At JKF, we offer an extensive selection of rotary valve models tailored to the needs of various industries. Among our most popular ranges are the B-S / B-EXS and JK-S / JK-EXS series. These rotary valves feature high-performance designs that guarantee consistent operation even under demanding conditions.
The B-S and B-EXS rotary valves are equipped with an 8-bladed rotor with wear-resistant rubber blades - available in neoprene, silicone, or polyurethane - bolted securely to the rotor shaft. The rotor is housed within a casing and separated by a felt ring to minimise leakage. The B-S version is ATEX-certified for an internal category 2D environment, while the B-EXS version offers category 1D certification for higher safety requirements and must be used with an inductive rotation sensor.
Our JK-S and JK-EXS rotary valves are equally versatile and engineered with a 6-bladed rotor. They feature the same robust build quality and ATEX certifications (2D and 1D, respectively). The JK-200S variant is also fitted with a safety coupling between the rotor and gear motor for added protection in critical applications.
