We have identified a security incident involving fraudulent spam/phishing emails sent in a name associated with our company – specifically from the sender “Kim Bomholt Nielsen”.

What happened?
Some of our contacts may have received emails that appear to come from our organisation but are in fact not legitimate. These emails can be unexpected, seem slightly “off”, or may not make sense in relation to our normal cooperation.

What you should do if you receive such an email
If you receive an email that appears suspicious or unexpected, we recommend that you:

All necessary actions have been taken on our side, and we assess that the potential risk has been effectively contained.

Why the Change?

This change is being implemented to:

Ensure full compliance with ATEX directives, which require SIL-1 approval for revolution monitoring.
Enhance risk management, particularly for EXS rotary valves.
Simplify our product offerings and reduce maintenance.
Implementation Details:

8242023 will be installed as standard on all EXS rotary valves and filters with scraper bottoms.
8242023 will be optional for standard rotary valves.
8242021 will be phased out as current stock is depleted.
The new part is fully compatible with existing setups.
